The manager there, Angelique, was more than helpful. I had a broken bracelet. She replaced it. All I had to do was have her find my information in the system. That was it! So easy. The store is beautiful, the staff is always smiling and they treat you like a friend.
Brought my swarovski jewelries there for cleaning and they refused to help me with that.

The people that work here are rude and unprofessional. They have no idea how to communicate effectively.
I went last weekend with a friend to buy some jewelry for her upcoming wedding. We were greeted by two wonderful staff members that were very helpful. We took our time picking out a few earrings and necklaces, and the manager gave us her card to call if we ever needed anything! The shop is very clean, organized and well-lit. Great experience!
