I had a very disappointing in-store experience at the Swarovski store.( Streets at South point,Durham,NC) I initially received a pair of Swarovski earrings as a gift and visited the store to ask if I could receive store credit so I could choose something later. The salesperson was extremely rude and clearly stated that store credit was not possible and that I had to purchase something immediately.
