Great customer service overall, Fernando is a great and professional sales and customer service representative and he helped me a lot to find what I was looking for! Polite , penitent and good taste of fashion🙏🏻😊
Went on a weekend. The store wasn’t too busy. Frank was helping us. We got greeted at the door, he showed us around. Once he figured out what I liked, he was nice to show me exactly the pieces that I would be interested in. Very nice staff. Would recommend this location.

Customer service was very poor. The staff focused only on one customer and didn’t acknowledge anyone else. We waited about 10 minutes, and no one even asked if we needed help.
I visited this jewellery store to buy something for myself, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The salesperson treated us quite rudely and seemed to assume that we weren’t serious buyers. His attitude was not welcoming, which made us very uncomfortable. Despite the way we were treated, I still ended up spending about $250. However, the customer service was not good
