Five stars to Fernando, very friendly customer service, knowledgeable and not pushy, my husband bought me a beautiful bracelet for my 22 wedding anniversary, I love it so much. Thank you to Fernando he made my day! I love Swarovski jewelry. I will be back.

Very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. I’ve been a loyal Swarovski customer for many years and have never been treated this way. I purchased a necklace as a gift but later decided to get something else instead. When I tried to return it at the Hillcrest Mall location, I was told that the store is privately owned and not part of the main chain. Unfortunately, by the time I returned to the original store, the 14-day return period had passed, which I completely understand is part of the policy. H... read more

This branch has a huge selection of jewelleries in different styles. There's formal, there's casual, and some are just outright flashy and silly. If you're a new customer, make sure to sign up for membership - they'll give you a 10% discount on your first checkout. Thanks to Marzi for being very patient and helpful.

I visited the Swarovski store at Vaughan Mills today for my birthday, and was helped by a lovely young lady named Marzi. She was incredibly patient and attentive, helping me and my sister-in-law choose a birthday gift from my brother and his wife. She carefully checked the ring sizes and made sure I could use my 20% birthday voucher. A truly pleasant and professional experience — thank you, Marzi! 🌟
