Very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. I’ve been a loyal Swarovski customer for many years and have never been treated this way. I purchased a necklace as a gift but later decided to get something else instead. When I tried to return it at the Hillcrest Mall location, I was told that the store is privately owned and not part of the main chain. This branch has a huge selection of jewelleries in different styles. There's formal, there's casual, and some are just outright flashy and silly. If you're a new customer, make sure to sign up for membership - they'll give you a 10% discount on your first checkout. Thanks to Marzi for being very patient and helpful.
I visited the Swarovski store at Vaughan Mills today for my birthday, and was helped by a lovely young lady named Marzi. She was incredibly patient and attentive, helping me and my sister-in-law choose a birthday gift from my brother and his wife. She carefully checked the ring sizes and made sure I could use my 20% birthday voucher. A truly pleasant and professional experience — thank you, Marzi! 🌟
I got excellent customer service from a worker called Fernando. He took his time to help me find the perfect gifts for my friends birthday. I was very pleased and I recommend going to store.
Great customer service from Fernando. Came into the store to get my ring fixed that I got in November. He answered all my questions and explained the warranty process. I also saw him running around and making sure each customer is satisfied with their purchased and answered everyone’s questions. He even helped out other staff. Thank you Fernando!
