Customer service was very poor. The staff focused only on one customer and didn’t acknowledge anyone else. We waited about 10 minutes, and no one even asked if we needed help.
I visited this jewellery store to buy something for myself, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The salesperson treated us quite rudely and seemed to assume that we weren’t serious buyers. His attitude was not welcoming, which made us very uncomfortable. Despite the way we were treated, I still ended up spending about $250. However, the customer service was not good

i visited this vaughan mills location and the lady was very impatient and rude. she gave me a size 5 while im wearing size 8 ring. and she said oh yeah i know its small (laughing) overal i felt really bad while i was leaving
