The staff there immediately pulled their faces down the moment they realized I was there for an exchange instead of a purchase. Fine, whatever. I asked to exchange the exact same product I bought online—which, base on their own website, should be a simple in-store swap. My friend did it at the Polo Park store with zero issues. Today I was at this location I always go to. They are always respectful and give good service, but this time it was awful. I bought a gift for someone who is travelling, and they gave me the package, which was definitely used many times and torn. I ask them to give me a different package or at least another thing to be able to use it. With so much attitude they said there is nothing else to give and you can take it out and give it to the person no need to put it in the box. The person who served me was KASEY.
