The staff there immediately pulled their faces down the moment they realized I was there for an exchange instead of a purchase. Fine, whatever. I asked to exchange the exact same product I bought online—which, base on their own website, should be a simple in-store swap. My friend did it at the Polo Park store with zero issues.
