was asking the sales representative named Rami at the store questions about my online order and was completely useless and unapologetic. there was no customer service or any kind of insight about the order at all. and had to call customer service instead.

There is a reason that store is always empty. Manager is totally useless-no concept of customer service and takes no accountability whatsoever. There was a fault with my order on their end so I never received it and she said they are in no way responsible. I visited the Swarovski at the outlet mall where I received excellent service!

Refused to do price adjustment 16 days after purchase when the item purchased was 30% off because it was ‘way past the due day’ of 14 days.

I bought a ring for my daughter in January and less than two months later it was completely oxidized. Just as the saleswoman warned us when we bought it, my daughter never got the ring wet or used any chemical substance while wearing it. When we went to the store to try to exchange it, we were embarrassed by the saleswoman who kept saying that the ring had oxidized due to misuse. I will never set foot in this store again. Their products are of terrible quality and their employees are extremely poorly trained.
