I went in tonight at 730 to exchange a ring I got for Christmas. I won’t lie I didn’t look the greatest as I had just had a seizure a week ago and have had a concussion and extremely black eye. I was wearing jeans and a beat up hoodie. I walked in and the two older blonde ladies working looked me up and down and in a snark tone said can I help you. I visited the store today around 4:30 pm to get a necklace, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The employee was incredibly attentive and eager to assist from the moment I reached out.
