Nia, who was the store manager was EXTREMELY rude! I’m not sure if she was on her periods or she didn’t had dinner but she made me super uncomfortable to buy anything! I’ve always been to this store to buy any jewelry but I hated this experience!
Went in on Saturday with my son looking for a Mother's Day gift for my wife. Saira was very helpful and attentive. She was able to help us make the perfect decision on a gift. I was also impressed that she was the only employee in the store at the moment and was able to attend to 10 customers calmly and very professional. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning for future gifts.
i purchased a tennis bracelet from a different location but came to this location to send my bracelet off for a repair and 2 months later i found out that my bracelet was lost and that the employee had all of my contact information incorrect so there was no communication, when i got ahold of this store they told me my bracelet couldn’t be fixed after 4 months of no contact from anyone. they’re now sending me back my bracelet and told me i had to wait another 4 months to get it back. i spent way too much money on this bracele... read more
