I went in to casually Christmas shop and asked about pens and engraving, and this skinny, bald guy with glasses who looks like he should work at GameStop acted like he works at Cartier or Rolex. He gave me the nastiest attitude, like l wasn't even a customer. When I asked if they do engravements, he snapped, "We don't do them, period." What kind of professionalism is that?
