Today we worked with Andy and he was awesome. He helped my friend and I find pieces that matched our existing pieces, was really upfront about price increases and decreases. I didn't end up getting anything because I wanted to think about it and there wasn't a weird pressure afterwards of feeling like you wasted the associate's time. Very chill, very cool.

I had a disappointing experience at this Swarovski store. I found a pair of earrings priced at $129 with a 20% discount, which was also confirmed by the store assistant. However, at checkout, the price scanned as $144 with tax. When I pointed out the discrepancy and explained that the total should be closer to $100 with the discount, the assistant simply apologized and did not offer any resolution or price match.
