I stopped in to look for a necklace for myself and a older woman with black long hair /baggy eyes working spoke to be condescending. I was looking for a pendant and it did not seem that she wanted to help me at first. I had to ask for help. She proceeded to steer me away from certain pieces because they were too "young" for my age. She said this is more for the younger girls. Jewelry looks cheap and poor quality. Definitely shop somewhere else. Looks to me not very well organized.

Today we worked with Andy and he was awesome. He helped my friend and I find pieces that matched our existing pieces, was really upfront about price increases and decreases. I didn't end up getting anything because I wanted to think about it and there wasn't a weird pressure afterwards of feeling like you wasted the associate's time. Very chill, very cool.
