The most terrible store in terms of service! Scandalous sellers treat customers like nothing! Allow themselves to raise their voices at customers, deceive and steal! Today my daughter tried to find out when they would return the pendant from cleaning (it was my birthday present), which had darkened. They yelled at her, demanded confirmation of a document, which was not given when accepting the pendant! They kicked her out of the store and are not going to return the product we bought!
Very poor customer service I was extremely SHOCKED and Disappointed by how they treated me
Terrible service! Went to pick up an item that I had previously ordered in person at this location but they didn't have in stock and was advised to come the next day. When I went to pick it up, the lights were out and doors closed, guess they decided to close earlier than what was posted on their website! Not very impressed! I will order online moving forward if I ever order from this company again!
