Just had by far the worst customer service experience of my life at this store . My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet from here for our anniversary. I had a very disappointing experience at this Swarovski location. I visited the store looking for a nose pin and asked about the available options. The employee told me they only had a few and then suggested that I go to Walmart instead. I found this comment rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Came for Mother’s Day shopping the malls been open for 30 minutes and it’s not open. Will be leaving a complaint for the mall.
I’ve come into the mall at open or before close to find the store closed. Never open when the mall is open and no different hours posted on Google. I thought stores in the mall had to follow the mall hours? I took my business elsewhere. Not even sure why this place is even open if your not available to help customers…
I use to browse this store regularly. Swarovski selection is poor. Went into this location in inquire about repairing my engagement ring. The employee told me my ring wasnt worth fixing because of how cheap swarovski is. She had no idea what my ring is made wild assumptions based on nothing.
