Came for Mother’s Day shopping the malls been open for 30 minutes and it’s not open. Will be leaving a complaint for the mall.
I’ve come into the mall at open or before close to find the store closed. Never open when the mall is open and no different hours posted on Google. I thought stores in the mall had to follow the mall hours? I took my business elsewhere. Not even sure why this place is even open if your not available to help customers…
I use to browse this store regularly. Swarovski selection is poor. Went into this location in inquire about repairing my engagement ring. The employee told me my ring wasnt worth fixing because of how cheap swarovski is. She had no idea what my ring is made wild assumptions based on nothing. BEWARE, do not buy from them they lie and deceive. They have a no return policy which they do not tell you about and then when you tell them you didn’t say that they tell it’s on the cash register which was hidden by another sign and later when I came to see the manager that sign hiding the no refund was gone and they still refused to return my item.
