I got 3 pieces from this store. I love them if just we as consumers need to take care of the jewelry because is very delicate. The employees took care of me replacing with a new piece. Blessings
I had a disappointing experience at Allen Outlet Swarovski. The staff were not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. The service experience reflected poorly on the brand. There are many other Jewelry Brands with better quality service that I would rather choose.
I went to this location today and the lady that helped me was really kind and sweet! She truly made my purchase even more worth it:)
