So, I have visited this store yesterday ( July 16, 2026 ) around 6PM to return on the earring I ordered online. The moment I stepped into the outlet the behavior of the two young lady ( didn't get a chance to know their names ) were unimaginable weird and terrible. CUSTOMER’S BEWARE READ IN FULL !!! I visited the Swarovski store in Allen yesterday to purchase a necklace and earrings from the Angelic collection. When we checked the display, the necklace was marked at $320 and the earrings at $119. However, when we went to pay, the necklace rang up as $350 and the earrings as $139. I got 3 pieces from this store. I love them if just we as consumers need to take care of the jewelry because is very delicate. The employees took care of me replacing with a new piece. Blessings
I had a disappointing experience at Allen Outlet Swarovski. The staff were not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. The service experience reflected poorly on the brand. There are many other Jewelry Brands with better quality service that I would rather choose.
