Absolutely terrible experience. What makes it worse is that the initial visit was easy, smooth, and pleasant. The man who helped us was kind, helpful, and clearly explained that we had 14 days to exchange the ring if we needed a different size or design. I was so delighted with my experience at this location. They had so many different items from this collection to choose from to go along with the bangle I had already bought. The sales associate Dahiana spent so much time in helping me out and explaining everything. She went into detail on how to take care of the jewelry as well as how to store it and how to use it to make everything stay beautiful looking.
