If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this branch because I had a concern about a necklace I bought for my partner. The moment I explained that the necklace had broken, I immediately felt judged by the staff. I told the staff that I just bought the the necklace 5 days ago and she misheard it, she heard that I only bought the necklace 5mins ago and she told me that "I was here 5mins ago and I did not even see you here" I don't really like this tone. Takes 45mins to complete a simple exchange because the staff are not well trained. In addition they force you to buy something of equal or greater value, you cannot exchange something for lesser value and leave a credit behind because their "system doesn't allow it"
I had a pleasant experience here buying jewelry. Very helpful. Would recommend it for sure.
