Takes 45mins to complete a simple exchange because the staff are not well trained. In addition they force you to buy something of equal or greater value, you cannot exchange something for lesser value and leave a credit behind because their "system doesn't allow it"

My last experience at this location changed my overall impression. The staff seemed uninterested in explaining the products and appeared impatient. When I asked if other samples were available, I was told, “Are you sure you don’t want to buy?” I ultimately left and visited the Park Royal location instead, where the service was top-notch.
Very bad attitude employee. I am not sure what her name is but she is Indian obviously, she was rude and unprofessional. I was just about to ask about my diamond necklace that got broken to get repaired, another nice lady came to ask if I needed some help, when I was pulling out the box but doing nothing , she stayed behind the counter and had her voice loudly pointed towards me saying “no exchange”, that was an unacceptable behaviour for an employee who work in customer care, not serving customers but acting as if they are ... read more
