Very bad attitude employee. I am not sure what her name is but she is Indian obviously, she was rude and unprofessional. Sharing a recap of our recent visit to the Downtown Vancouver Pacific Center Swarovski store. We had previously visited the store for a replacement of a broken bracelet and was told very clearly we are eligible as the said bracelet was not in productionanymore amd they cannot repair it. Another fantastic experience!! Canada is warming my heart so much! Had a wonderful time shopping with the women on shift today. Helped us with our purchases and helped us with directions and recommendations which we desperately needed! Great hospitality is so important and Ava and Paola are assets to the store and the company!
I had a very disappointing experience with Swarovski. I don’t understand the point of their “gift receipt” at all. My friend gave me a beautiful Swarovski necklace for my birthday (purchased on August 24th), but since I don’t really wear necklaces, I went to the store on September 20th hoping to exchange it for earrings. The staff told me that Swarovski only allows two weeks for gift exchanges from the purchase date. This makes no sense — most people don’t give a gift the same day they buy it!
