My experience at this store was mixed. The diamond itself is truly beautiful and exceeded expectations in quality and appearance. However, the overall service did not match the level expected for a purchase of this value. There was confusion during the process, inconsistent information from staff, and a lack of professionalism in key moments that affected the experience. While the product was excellent, the customer service needs improvement to match the standard of what they are selling. I would rate based on this balance.
The woman staff, didn’t remember her name but she looks like Asian, I was ready and wanted to purchase the item but she ignored and went to another customer which came after me and left me waiting for quite a while (not even tried to look if I’m ready to finish the purchase).
