Jordan was very helpful, and gave us a tour and the story behind everything in the store. Even though we didn't get anything, they let us try on different pieces and helped us find what we loved.

Not sure where the negative comments about Lila come from. Both her and Jordan were courteous and very professional. No pressure but helpful sales people. I wasn't really sure I was even going to buy anything but Jordan noticed I liked emerald green from a ring I looked at earlier. He showed me a keyring they had that wasn't even on display. The great thing about these is you can attach a chain and turn them into necklaces, which he pointed out. Couldn't be more pleased. This Swarovski store Right on Michigan avenue in downtown Chicago is beautiful and well organized. We were staying downtown to celebrate an anniversary and my husband wanted to buy me a nice piece of Swarovski jewelry. The staff were very helpful in making sure I found something that I liked including a ring that was in my size.
