The best Swarovski location I’ve ever been to. The service we received from Nathaniel was above and beyond. From sourcing hard to get items, to making sure you’re taken care of every step of the way, Nathaniel was always available when we needed. We had a fairly large order that we had to reroute due to circumstances changing, and Nathaniel made the entire process completely hassle free. Thank you Swarovski Chicago
Five stars is not enough for this Swarovski location. My mother visited several stores trying to get her Swarovski watch fixed, and everywhere else turned her away. Nathaniel and Lakeyia were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They treated my mother with respect, listened carefully, and took the time to fix her watch when no one else would. My experience at this store was mixed. The diamond itself is truly beautiful and exceeded expectations in quality and appearance. However, the overall service did not match the level expected for a purchase of this value. There was confusion during the process, inconsistent information from staff, and a lack of professionalism in key moments that affected the experience. While the product was excellent, the customer service needs improvement to match the standard of what they are selling. I would rate based on this balance.
The woman staff, didn’t remember her name but she looks like Asian, I was ready and wanted to purchase the item but she ignored and went to another customer which came after me and left me waiting for quite a while (not even tried to look if I’m ready to finish the purchase). I did wait calmly and she not even say sorry for kept me waiting. I don’t know how this company trains their staff, so disappointed with their service.
