Terrible customer service by sales associates AND the store manager/owner or whoever he is. I recently visited this store. I wish I could give this store zero stars. Be very cautious if you decide to shop here. The return process is incredibly frustrating; they make it nearly impossible to get your money back, with unclear policies and unnecessary obstacles. Bought a gift online from their website and the pickup location was here. When I received the order the note card that I requested was printed upside down and as it was a gift and I had waited 3 days to receive the gift I tried to call the support because they didn't have the plain card in the stores, support hung up on me after 45 minutes of being on the line, without calling me again! I had already chosen my wedding ring and just wanted to get my size measured, but the staff refused, saying they don’t provide sizing. they don’t even consider people as customers if they think you’re not gonna purchase from their store… lol

When asked why I can’t return here when the receipt said that I can take it to any store the staff said it’s not a “corporate store” & when I asked what is a corporate store, they said “any store”. Staff was also eating while talking to me. Wouldn’t recommend.
