Keep the receipt, bag, box/boxes,,sellers name , and a video recording to clearly show what they will tell/ promise you during the purchase . They will refuse all refunds. Make sure you’re prepared to sue them if they will refuse to honor their warranty! Definitely not recommending.

Don’t waste your money here. Read the reviews. Keira the manager and her assistant the one with brown burned hair, nose ring and dark glasses will treat you like crap if trying to return defective items. Let’s get together and sue this crappy company. Canal Place administration should be ashamed to host such a company in their building!
Don’t do it , you’ll regret it! I usually buy Swarovski presents for the loved ones.. because they are cute and fairly priced. This was my first experience with this store. Purchased two necklaces for about $700 in December, one is good one lost 25% of its crystals , went back the “assistant manager” I belive ( in person) a woman with a nose ring and burned dreads and Kiera store manager ( on the phone) told me they can’t find me in the system.
