We had such a wonderful experience at Swarovski, thanks to Amina, Ala, and Sarah! They were all incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. They understood what we were looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable.

Very disappointing and upsetting experience at Swarovski Square One today. I was shopping with my 3-year-old daughter when she briefly picked up an item. I immediately took it from her hand, but an employee still came toward us loudly saying “No, no!” in front of other customers and then spoke harshly to my daughter, saying, “You cannot touch it.” I completely understand and respect a policy that children should not touch delicate merchandise. I bought an item a few years past that repeatedly had issues with stones falling out. That was not an issue really. When I went to the store I was treated like a number. No Smiles , no greeting or welcoming attitude. Just rushed out of the store. I did visit another location and was met with a very warm and welcoming attitude. Square One Swarovski lost its customer service skills and needs improvement.

Swarovski is not what it used to be… the name used to symbolize quality but not anymore. They claim to offer 2 yr warranty on jewelry BUT if the piece is discontinued, then you’re out of luck! I bought this bracelet less than a year ago and it broke thus I took it to store, hoping to have it repaired, but since it’s discontinued, I was offered credit towards purchasing another item. Sounds fair UNTIL it’s explained that the credit will be “the lowest price this item was sold” not what you paid for! Anyways… lesson learned 😫
