I had a wonderful experience at square one Swarovski store. The customer service of Farah and Stephanie was top notch, and team went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

I am a loyal Swarovski customer as they have gorgeous jewelry, but unfortunately, the service at the Swarovski store in Square One left a bad taste in my mouth. On Tuesday, July 24 around 12 PM, I came in to return an item, and the associate who assisted me was incredibly rude. The worker I talked to was sooo nice and helpful. I bought glasses from a Swarovski in a different city and wanted to return them so I went to a location in Mississauga. They said they couldn’t process my return because they don’t sell the glasses at that location and told me to call the square none location to ask if they can do it.
