Poor Customer Service & Management I received a gift that I didn’t like, so I wanted to exchange it for something else. Went to Swarovski location at Square one with my friend Friday Dec 5,2025 after 5pm. No other customers in the store. Was not greeted. Both employees were having a conversation not work related. We were never acknowledged or offered any help. We left without purchasing anything. Will go back to Eaton center where we get exceptional service. The store was beautiful and clean but overshadowed by the non-service. Thank you
