I bought an item a few years past that repeatedly had issues with stones falling out. That was not an issue really. When I went to the store I was treated like a number. No Smiles , no greeting or welcoming attitude. Just rushed out of the store. I did visit another location and was met with a very warm and welcoming attitude. Square One Swarovski lost its customer service skills and needs improvement.
Swarovski is not what it used to be… the name used to symbolize quality but not anymore. They claim to offer 2 yr warranty on jewelry BUT if the piece is discontinued, then you’re out of luck! I bought this bracelet less than a year ago and it broke thus I took it to store, hoping to have it repaired, but since it’s discontinued, I was offered credit towards purchasing another item. Sounds fair UNTIL it’s explained that the credit will be “the lowest price this item was sold” not what you paid for! Anyways… lesson learned 😫
