This store has a very friendly staff! They offered to order things they didn’t have, rather than just saying no. The layout was nice and slightly different from the traditional stores. Now for the non staff related items. The store is on the smaller side, so the selection is a bit limited compared to larger stores. They definitely prioritize jewelry over collectibles for this location, so just be mindful if you have a specific figurine in mind. We decided to spend the day walking around the city and stopped by the Swarovski store on Fifth Avenue. While exploring the second floor, we were greeted by Kaliyah and from that moment on, the experience became something special. She took the time to walk us through the entire floor, explaining each piece in detail with knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm.
