I’m extremely disappointed with Swarovski’s customer service. My Angelic chain set was given to me as a gift in 2023. I contacted both the Swarovski locations at Garden State Plaza and Paramus Park Mall because I needed assistance with a repair, but neither location was able to help me. I ultimately contacted customer service and was told that the item is outside of the warranty period.
