Awful service. I called and asked if they had a bracelet and they said they did and they had one more left. I was so happy to get it it was for my sister for her birthday and I needed it tomorrow. I drove over 20 minutes to get here and the representative ended up saying “Oh yeah about that we don’t have it in the box someone might have stolen it don’t know” The person that I called was supposed to get my information for the hold- because then it could have been prevented me driving here to get it.
