VERY disappointed with the lady that helped me! I placed a pick up order and bought a gift for my girlfriend which included a note and gift packaging. Neither of these were included and the employee that helped me showed their lack of care and incompetency. I had a very disappointing experience at the Swarovski Erin Mills location. I visited the store to pick up an online order for a bracelet. After trying it on, I realized it was too big, so I continued browsing to see if there was another piece I might prefer. At no point did I ask for a refund or authorize a return.
