My experience here on 03/26/2026 was uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I came in to look at rings so I could get an idea of what styles I like. We spent a couple of minutes browsing the displays, but none of the three employees acknowledged us or offered help. That lack of attention felt strange and upsetting—especially as two Black customers, it made us question whether we were being treated differently. I drove 30 min to pick an online order I had placed. I was given the order in a ruined box and was told they can’t do anything about it. As I was gifting the order, I explained I would need the box. The associate said I would just have to gift it on without the outside box. The employees were not helpful or sympathetic. If I ordered something this expensive from you, I would at least want it wrapped in a nice box so I can gift it properly. I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I placed an order on January 22 and selected store pickup at the Erin Mills location. I understand that orders must be picked up within 7 days or they may be returned, but the way my order was handled was extremely unprofessional. On January 30 at around 10:00 AM, I received a phone call from the store which I unfortunately missed as I was out of the city.
