Ordered and paid for a product in early November at the Erin Mills Town Centre store. It still has not arrived. The people I speak with at the store have no idea when it will arrive. Was it even ordered? Head office can't tell me that either. I am not impressed with this total lack of service. Swarovski is very willing and eager to take my money, but no product and no information about where my order might be. I doubt I will ever use this store again. I picked up an online order at this store Maida helped me. She brought over my order and opened it in front of me. Explained to me how because its an online order the person i was gifting this to if they were to return the item the money would be returned to me. So its best they only exchange the item. I was happy with my purchase. It was a quick process overall.
I got a necklace and after a year I didn't use it much I found all the diamonds missing from it and I don't know why we pay this money for something that is on AliExpress for $3
