I have purchased a few items from this store, and EVERY single time, it went very smoothly. The Sales Associative, Tony, was good, and his collogues were also very helpful.

I purchased a necklace from the Swarovski store at Fairview Mall at the end of December 2022. When I opened it to use a week ago, I noticed that the small swan chain at the end of the necklace was broken. I went to the store to explain the situation, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Before I could even request an exchange, the clerk, Gnazal, rudely said, “We can’t do anything for you, and it’s not a big issue. Asked when discount expiring. They are asking back when it’s expiring. Maybe stop sending emails with 20% off and educate the staff of the offers sent out. if I knew that I would not have asked for it. Better service at eaton centre. Had passed from person to person was watching me like a hawk. I guess they treat customers like we are coming to steal from the store. I have purchased Disney collectors figurines moving forward will check other collector items and avoid swarovski.
