I had a very disappointing experience with this store. About 5–6 days ago, I purchased a necklace and earrings from them. At the time of purchase, I clearly mentioned that I wasn’t sure if they would match my outfit, and I was reassured by the staff that I could return the items within two weeks if needed. Seems like this store might be trained to give customers a hard time? I went in with an online refund and was told I couldn’t refund because I didn’t have the gift that Swarovski sent me, I accidentally left it in the box and my father in law was visiting and when he threw out our garbage it went with it. Besides the point, it was a gift, it’s like asking you ex-boyfriend for all your gifts back, I couldn’t believe that this was a policy by Swarovski, and I didn’t believe it. ordered two rings from Swarovski. One was too small, and instead of sending the other one , the correct ring, they sent an earring!!!! The store refused to help, saying I must deal with customer service. This is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and will never buy from Swarovski again.
