I have purchased a few items from this store, and EVERY single time, it went very smoothly. The Sales Associative, Tony, was good, and his collogues were also very helpful.
I purchased a necklace from the Swarovski store at Fairview Mall at the end of December 2022. When I opened it to use a week ago, I noticed that the small swan chain at the end of the necklace was broken. I went to the store to explain the situation, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Before I could even request an exchange, the clerk, Gnazal, rudely said, “We can’t do anything for you, and it’s not a big issue.
