Very disappointed! I visit this store hoping to get extensions for my Swarovski necklaces that I have bought before. And I got a few excuses from the manager letting me know that they were not allowed to do that. I will never buy anything at this Fairview mall Swarovski store.
There is a sales associate there named Alice - she is exceptional. Always extremely helpful and welcoming.
