Today I was helped by Samira, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly kind, energetic, and always had a warm smile. Her positive energy really made my visit special, and I’m so grateful for her help. Because of her exceptional service, I’ll definitely be returning again.
Absolutely ridiculous policies, zero concern for customer experience, no proper return mechanism, poor customer service. The lady borderline insulted my questions.
I have visited this location several times and they have always been amazing. Even when I have not purchased any thing. Weddings, special occasions, graduations…. Yes, it is more expensive but love how it is made and how it looks. I bought this as a gift for a special occasion. So pretty and they helped me pick it out as there was a great selection.
I have done 2 purchases within last month , with 2 nice ladies, and they were awesome and very helpful 😍 appreciate that.
