Dhyana was so helpful, immediately greeted me and helped me figure out what I wanted. She showed me all the products she thought would best suit me and made the checkout process so quick and easy. I got the cutest bear figurine and she ran to go grab it and polish it right before I purchased.
Been a customer for a while and I can relate to other customers who sensed they were pressured to make a purchase or visit the store during their sale or new releases. Samira has a heavy accent and can sometime be slow to understand what I'm looking for. Hope the store invests in bringing new faces with better training and more refined expertise and execution when serving loyal customers.
I placed my order online and waited almost a week for it to arrive. When I went to the Masonville store to pick it up, the staff member simply asked for my order number, handed me the package, and walked away. She did not ask me to verify that the item was correct or in good condition, nor did she offer any assistance. The item was handed to me in a plain white shipping box, and no paper bag or alternative packaging was offered.
