I did a purchase with Millie and it was a great experience! She was excellent and very kind!
I bought something there .. the manager there the lady was not good at all.. she blocked my credit card because she did not know how to turn on the credit machine… unprofessional manager .. it was s lady there
I was in to buy my nieces a baptism gift and was greeted by nosha who made the experience terrible. She stood there watching like a bodyguard while I decided if I was going to buy the earrings as if I was going to steal it. Then when I decided to buy 2 pairs she seemed disappointed and annoyed that she had to do work. This is very poor customer service from the associate store manager.
Samara was very welcoming when we walked in, I informed her I’d like to return something and possibly look at other items. She processed the return with no questions asked and helped me pick out a new piece of jewelry. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a good experience. :) Definitely will come back.
