It's so stupid that in the Swarovski store they can't adjust the size of the bracelet from the Swarovski watch. I've never had a problem with this before. And people were not really friendly
When walking into the store I was greeted immediately, and Emily was kind enough to be so patient with me when I made her peruse through every jewelry option ever lol.
