There was only one employee in the store and she watched me like I was about to steal something. Very insulting. I was profiled and it felt horrible. I will never return and do not recommend it.
They had zero interest in helping me locate a specific product that I came to purchase. It was confirmed to be in stock in that location and they looked for a max of 3 min before saying they did not have it and that the online stock levels were “not updated”. After I asked a few more questions they said it was “somewhere in the back” and that they can ship it to me if I wanted. I let them know I was travelling and wanted to bring it home for my daughter…. Knew what I wanted to get, didn’t take too long to get it. Will come back to shop another time as I Swarovski. They have very nice necklaces, earrings, and bracelets.
Nafthalia was an incredible associate! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was so thoughtful and wrapped my item beautifully, it looks amazing!
