I went in to size my finger for a ring I was receiving for my anniversary, the woman who was assisting me was very rushed, wasn’t paying attention and ended up sizing me wrong. When going in to exchange the ring the staff kept insisting that I was the one who incorrectly read my ring size instead of listening to my concerns.
