Today I went to Swarovski located in Market with my friend. She got a diamond for herself as cancer free gift. The sales associate was really nice and not pushy at all. She was try her best to provide service too. Her name is Angel !

Poor Communication and Inconsiderate of Customers Time I called the store a day in advance to ask if I could exchange a gift purchased abroad. I was told I could, as long as I had the receipt. Based on that, I went in the next day — only to be told the opposite. The staff member admitted her mistake but had me wait over 30 minutes for a manager, who just confirmed that international exchanges aren’t allowed. I I purchased a beautiful necklace and a pair of earrings for Valentine’s Day, and at that time, a profile was created for me so I could receive a birthday discount. Yesterday was my birthday, and I went to the store to buy a gift for myself. However, the staff informed me that I was not in their system and therefore not eligible for the birthday discount. Although it was only a 20% discount, I felt quite disappointed by the experience. I don’t plan on returning to that store again.

Nothing wrong with the store itself in particular but one of the employees called my mom weird for helping my sister and I pick out a gift for our stepmom :( it clearly hurt her feelings and we won’t be coming back here
