I visited the Swarovski store at Polo Park to return an item I had bought for my sister from the outlet store because she did not like the style. Before going, I called the outlet and asked if I could return it at Polo Park. They confirmed that I could, as Polo Park was closer to me. Best decision to come here to shop! I didnt get the girl’s name but she was the best! We walked in and got helped right away. She was so nice and let us take time but lol I was ready for buying stuff so I found the one and paid for it. The purchase took less than 10 min
