Great experiences every visit. Store manager is an absolute:)
Very disappointing quality. After only a few hours of wearing the ring, it was covered in small scratches. Because of this, the store refused to exchange it for the correct size, saying it was no longer in “resalable condition.” I believe a piece of jewelry should not show this level of damage after such minimal use. Overall, the quality and customer service were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
What a horrible place! Don't ever shop there. They basically won't let you return something. Treat you like garbage! The box had a smudge of dirt on it so you can't return it? Will never ever go into another location again and will tell anyone who will listen to never go there! Great business model you people have!!
I had a wonderful experience shopping here at Swarovski 💝✨ Jayida was very friendly and professional. I really liked her hospitality and politeness. Great place to shop !!
