Today I took my 90 year old mother who is in a wheelchair into the Devonshire Store. She wanted to buy a pair of earrings. She already owns a couple of pair. A salesperson pointed us to a turntable rack to look at. My Mother had just taken down a pair of earrings to look at more closely, when another salesperson (very tall blond) brought her customer over to look at the same rack. Really bad experience- should not be a valid store. They go back on their word very quickly, one customer service person said one thing and another said something else, so I dont think I am going to visit them again. Also, unless you show off as “rich” don’t visit as they look down upon you and change attitude quickly (a bit racist tone).
