I recently bought jewelry for my upcoming wedding and I could not be happier with the service I received. Karla, swarovski's salesperson, was incredibly kind and helpful with her recommendations and suggestions. She remembered me from a previous visit, and took a lot of time to help me make my decisions. A beautiful store with consistently poor customer service; last year store manager lied to me about inappropriately using my email address, which I confronted. Because the beautiful merchandises I keep returning. This time condescending sales clerks. When I went in last week to survey the gift items, a clerk repeatedly called me ‘honey’.
