Madona is the best in customer service. Very friendly
Very poor services costumer. I asked for recommendations to clean our products (Christmas ornaments and jewelry), the lady in charge said that is not their problem, once it is sold doesn't concern what you do with them. At least she should be says politely "sorry we don't sale products to clean, try and diferent place", but no this is no their problem. One more customer lost today.
The staff was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for!
The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, specifically Clarissa! Their selection is beautiful, and the jewelry is amazing quality. Highly recommend!
