It was such a great experience, it was Madona that helped me, but I have been into this location several times and I think all the staff that works here are all great. I ended up back at this location because of a terrible experience at another location and she more than made up for it. She got the pieces out that I wanted to see and then she prepared it for me to actually look at it which was great and then she went above and beyond and cleaned both sets of earrings for me to try on. Went to this location for the first time today to get my girlfriend a birthday gift. I will never go back to the oakville one again (which is where I usually go). This store is so beautiful and the girls were so helpful. From the second I walked in until I walked out I was treated very nicely. A representative named Robin was super helpful, so thank you ladies. Ill be seeing you again.
