I received a crystal as a gift and it was under the guise of Swarovski. I bring it to the store to have it verified. It turned out it wasn't a Swarvoski. The women in the store were knowledgeable enough to help me see the markings and show me different examples of how to spot a legitimate Swavorski. Much appreciated. ✌🏾❤🔥

Had a lovely experience with Grace at this store. She was incredibly professional, answered all of my questions and was very kind. I even left some valuables in the store and she called me immediately to let me know to come back! 10/10 experience with customer service! Grace deserves a raise!

Had ordered earrings online but one of them have issue with clasp so quickly walked in to store and they exchanged mine within twenty mins .... I use in multiple ways ..
