I ordered a Christmas gift online for in-store pickup and paid an additional fee for gift wrapping. When I went to pick it up, I was told the store does not offer gift wrapping. Instead, they placed a bow on the original box—which was dirty—and put it into a bag with another bow. Given that it was the holiday season and that I paid extra specifically for gift wrapping, I expected the item to be properly gift wrapped.

I spoke with a really nice lady, I believe her name was Marie. I was looking for a gift and she showed me lots of options. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I’d definitely come back and ask for her specifically again!

Came in (Monday around 6pm 10/27) to buy the Ariana Grande Line, the sales people ignored me when I greeted them. They continued their conversation in some Asian language. I proceeded to try them on and wanted to buy them. As much as I liked them I ended up going to a different store instead of giving my business to them. Dropped $3k & was treated pleasantly.
