If you look at my profile you’ll see that I only write 5 star reviews and try not to write negative reviews. However, my experience at the Outlet Store Swarovski location was sub-par and frankly mildly frustrating. To start the lady that was helping us (middle aged lady with shorter hair didn’t get her name) was not quick to help and seemed annoyed. I exchanged a previous gift for some earrings for a friend. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We bought a pair of earrings for $200, as a gift, and when we went back to return them, management claimed they could only exchange them. We told them there was nothing else at the store that we wanted, since they were a gift that we didn’t need anymore. As someone who has worked in retail forever, there is no reason the management couldn’t have made an exception for a return considering there was no reason for us to do an exchange.
