They refuse to accept returns from other locations, even when receipt does NOT list this as a requirement. The extra hassle is not worth shopping here.

I purchased an item at the store in Fairview Mall, Toronto and wanted to return the item in Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket but the store refused it and asked me to return it at Fairview Mall. So weird!

I was at Swarovski today looking to find a perfect gift for my mom, I have to say that JULIE was an amazing help! With lots of indecision, customers do lean and depend on the person who currently is working there for support and help. Julie was that girl! She helped me, gave her honest opinion genuinely and she was very gentle, sweet, and not pushy at all. Julie thank you so much for such an amazing experience, you are the reason I made a purchase today ! We need for people like you !

I recently visited the Swarovski store and purchased a stunning necklace. I was assisted by Dasha and Deli, who were absolutely amazing! They both had warm, welcoming smiles and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great shopping experience. Their professionalism and kindness made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this store!
