I had a disappointing experience at the Swarovski branch in CQC. I visited the store yesterday to exchange a ring I had received as a gift, which didn’t fit me. I brought valid gift receipts and was initially told by the store manager that I couldn’t make any changes since 14 days had passed. I purchased a limited edition ariana grande bracelet. I didn’t like the service here. not friendly at all. I wish you would train your staff to tell customers about klarna program. I learned about it after paying for my item and the shop-keeper told me to use the program for a different purchase. she wouldn’t let me return the item to use klarna. thankfully when my mum went back, her co-worker helped us.
