Had an amazing experience at Swarovski! The customer service was outstanding the staff was super helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect gift. There were so many beautiful options and different selections to choose from, it honestly made the experience even more enjoyable. I went in looking for something special for my mom, and they made it so easy to find something meaningful and elegant. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a gift they’ll take great care of
Great prices!!!! I went in for a 1st time and was helped by the workers. Needed a gift for my daughter’s bday and the man I think was the store manager with glasses was very helpful & very stylish. I saw some things for myself for next time!!!
Bad experience with the male staff. He’s rude and provides bad customer service. Based on the conversation he is store manager. I can’t believe he’ll be hired as a store manager. I went there last year around this time there were female staffs that are really nice.
Wanted to add to my previous review that the salesman with the glasses commented “killing time just browsing eh” what a rude dismissive remark to make to a customer who genuinely came in to purchase an item. Guess I won’t be entering this branch again
I visited your store on 1/26 with my partner, genuinely interested in purchasing jewelry. From the moment we entered, the sales associate was dismissive and unwelcoming. When I initially asked about earrings, he vaguely pointed to a display case and continued assisting another couple, which we did not mind as we were happy to browse independently.
