Started off sad with the service center losing one of my pieces for repair. However, Seleena went absolutely ABOVE and beyond to make it right. She was super communicative and understanding. Even during the holiday/Black Friday madness she was great! The customer service was just top tier in making this mishap right. She gives the company such a great reputation right there! Thank you Seleena!

Erika the store manager and sales associates are not helpful. She was also very rude. I will never go to that store again or purchase anything from this company. What a shame. I told her how awful the customer service was and she told me to write a review on google. So here we are. They didn't have a manager at the store the saturday after Christmas as well.

Terrible customer service. Bought a watch to celebrate my girlfriend’s college graduation and Christmas on December 23. Was told by the saleswoman that if we needed it resized to come back and they could handle it in 10-15 minutes. Came back December 26 in early afternoon and was told I would have to drop it off and come back the next day-they were so backed up. There was no one in the store and one employee was just dusting.
