Crazy expensive prices that are equivalent to rare gemstones. They don’t seem very self aware, you are selling crystals, not real gemstones.
Started off sad with the service center losing one of my pieces for repair. However, Seleena went absolutely ABOVE and beyond to make it right. She was super communicative and understanding. Even during the holiday/Black Friday madness she was great! The customer service was just top tier in making this mishap right. She gives the company such a great reputation right there!
