HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First of all, I would like to attest that all the reviews which says they have bad customer service, are rude, they don’t know how to treat their customers, they have terrible return policies, IS ALL TRUE. I wish that I read these reviews before I went into this store. I had one terrible experience while I was trying to return an item. TLDR: STAY AWAY FROM SWAROVSKI!!!!!! Hated everything about it. My dad got my mom a diamond ring, and she chose to return it. They came back with the original card that was used, and the original receipt My parents and brother went to the store together and were not able to return it because the store "didn't have enough cash." My parents traveled away so my brother and I tried to take it from there. Absolute trash. They have terrible service and an awful return policy boarding on robbery. Robin is one of the most unprofessional people in retail. They do not seems to care about their customers at all. Would give negative stars if possible 🤬
