there's a reason the store is empty, and it's not bc they sell overpriced crystals i actually WANTED to buy the overpriced crystals until they kept staring me down the whole time i was there. i'd look up and they'd make eye contact but never asked me for help, and they got really mad when i SLIGHTLY moved a little figurine to look at it carefully. but then a white woman came in and it's "omg hiiii what can we help you with🥰"... and i literally never pull the poc card but they were black and treated me vastly differently, so... read more
I am so thankful and grateful we stopped into this store today. I just had my engagement ring stolen and was browsing for something to temporarily replace it. The people working were absolutely amazing..super helpful and truly kind. Thank you so much for the extra effort in making our trip to Charlotte better. Your kindness will not be forgotten.
