Iconic brand, however the people working at the store are absolutely the diametric opposite as no one ever, and I do mean ever, answers the phone. What’s the point in having a retail location if no one’s around to confirm inventory. Absolutely unacceptable. I prefer to spend locally where possible but this location goes out of their way to make that extremely difficult. I guess business must be too good or good help is hard to find. Too much competition out there to keep this location open in my opinion

I purchased a ring from here. The diamond came out.They told me to bring it back for a repair.And it spent five months and they have not contacted me to pick up my ring

Went in knowing what I wanted and came simply to purchase… instead I’m treated very unprofessionally, the woman attending us would stop mid sentence to talk to another client, (this client was already being attended by another worker). I understand that this may be for a reason, but this was done multiple times, … after awhile she comes back, brings us the wrong item, continues to attend the other client once more, and finally shows me the item I was looking for. I bought a ring last year and it tarnished — you can clearly see the discoloration. Since Swarovski offers a 2-year warranty, I went to the store to ask if they could clean my ring. They told me they couldn’t, and that I should use dish soap instead. I explained that the ring was actually tarnished and asked about the warranty, but the young male employee replied, “First of all, that’s not tarnish, it’s scratches.” I work in a jewelry store myself, so I know the difference and I could clearly see the discoloration.
