I debated whether to post this or not. I don’t like posting negative reviews, but I’m doing it anyway because it might help someone. We bought a bracelet from this store which didn’t make it to the box. We bought it as a gift for someone. My husband was planning to travel with it couple weeks later. We assumed it was packed and put in the gift bag as requested. I don’t remember being shown the item before closing the box. I was in Swarovski today on 5/10/2024 to return a pair of earrings because the crystal stone was loose and I called a few days ago to ask if I can return them and get my money back and the manager said yes no problem just bring them back and long as you did not wear them and I said no I did not and she said no problem well today there was a problem and the one manager that was there was rude and said no you can not get your money back but exchange them and I said well the manager I talked to a couple days ago said I can get ... read more
