I went in with my boyfriend to pick out a bracelet and the worker (tall red head with green nails) was standing literally TWO feet away the whole time and she was giving me a huge attitude. Rude. I felt like I couldn’t breathe. Service is terrible and she was acting like she hates her job. I picked a bracelet up and she was like “LIKE I SAID..-“ ew

I debated whether to post this or not. I don’t like posting negative reviews, but I’m doing it anyway because it might help someone. We bought a bracelet from this store which didn’t make it to the box. We bought it as a gift for someone. My husband was planning to travel with it couple weeks later. We assumed it was packed and put in the gift bag as requested. I don’t remember being shown the item before closing the box. Next time I go to a store, I’ll remember to ask to see the purchased item in the box before I walk out. ... read more
