I was facing a procedure on my back that I had never had. I found myself to be quite anxious. However, from the time I first spoke w/Mary, the scheduler to the end of the procedure, I was reassured & every step was explained to me. Dr. Gonchikar is a specialist in this intricate procedure. He was kind, professional & caring. Again, every step he took, was explained to me. His procedure staff were wonderful as well. Should I ever need this procedure again, there is no question who I would go to.
