The 1 star are for the very rude staff and making my 91 yr old mother wait for an hour and 20 mintes for her appointment, then when we asked why so long of a wait, the nurse was very abrubt and said "we're busy" and walked out of the room. Also, can't EVER get through on the phone. They canceled an appointment when we were just getting to the office. Again, i got a rude response from the staff saying "this is how we do things".
