Called yesterday about getting my tire fixed, confirmed open time: 10:30. I am disabled and have no other vehicle; I walked a mile there, nobody opened at 10:30. I was then told condescendingly by a guy that I would have to come back at 11, when they really open. So I had to walk a mile back and now I have to pay for a car in to work. No respect for your time or energy. No amount of cool paint job on the front of your shop makes up for that. I will never bring or send business here.

A very patient and responsible shop holder. My e-bike wasn’t purchased from this shop, but when the brakes had some issues, I became very worried because I usually ride with my 5-year-old son. So I went to the shop to ask if they could help me. The owner was very kind and warmly helped me solve the problem. I’m truly grateful.
