Good people, good prices, good service! And quick too!
I came here for a bike a little while ago. They sell mostly used bikes but you would never know from looking at them. The bikes are well kept. I couldn’t make a decision on which bike I wanted , but the owner was patient and let me test drive so many bikes. More bikes were being delivered in a week. So when I was indecisive about one bike, the owner held the bike for me for a week. I eventually walked away with a beautiful Trek bike. I will be back for any future bike needs including equipment.
I bought a bike here and Ali was most helpful. They also had all the accessories I needed (lock, lights, bell). Came back in for a flat tire a few weeks afterwards and they were able to replace my tube on the spot and had me rolling within 10 min. My Favorite bike shop in the city!
I had a great experience at Swaray's bike shop. The owner was personable, knowledgeable & worked quickly. He treated my bike with care and gave me advice on maintenance. I will definitely use Swaray's in the future & if you're looking for Black owned businesses to support, this is one to use
1 star (0 if I could). I originally brought my Lectric ONE to Swaray's Bike Shop for a rear flat tire replacement. During the inspection, the owner told me the rear brake rotor needed to be replaced. After I agreed, he explained that the brake pads also needed to be replaced because the worn rotor had damaged them, and that replacing both parts would restore proper braking.
