My grandma is one of her patient. My grandma applies for disabled person placecard at DMV, first time this doctor lost our original form and simply gave us a printed copy of the form and DMV does not accept it. We gave this doctor another original form and this time SHE FORGET TO PUT HER MEDICAL LICENCE NUMBER on the form which made us wait at DMV for 2 hours in line just to be told that it also can't be processed.
Despite some difficulties with scheduling, I believe Dr. Chandrachood is knowledgeable and kind hearted. She genuinely cares about her patients. Most of her staff are helpful and nice.
