Love Dr. Samatam! She is caring, listens and wished she was my Primary Care doctor, not just my Endocrinologist. After years of taking a medication she found out that I was taking the incorrect medication and dosage. Finally after a year my tests have improved 100%. Thank you Dr. Samatam!
Dr Samatam is an amazing caring doctor. She takes the time each patient needs so she sometimes gets behind schedule but it is worth it.
While she is an excellent physician, the staff's insistence on directing patients to use the online portal for prescription refills, even when they are present in the office, demonstrates a concerning neglect for the immediate healthcare needs of individuals who may not have access to a computer or familiarity with the portal.
