Her diagnosis, care and treatment are the best we have got in years. We totally trust her analysis and she also listens to what patient needs carefully to curate the recommendations. I won’t go anywhere but her.
Dr. Palla was a great quarterback for a couple of years. But her office seems very, very busy - and mostly handled by assistants. Through six months of need for critical care, now, though, it's been 'word salad' about communication between Dr. Palla's office assistants and home health services and medical equipment providers. Dr. Palla is very thorough and caring. She listens, has never rushed through my appointment, and has referred me to appropriate specialists. I highly recommend her.
