Unethical & Untrust Worthy Company – I have a signed "Work Authorization" waiting for an Estimate from this company. Owner Rick Swanquist conveniently ignores his own contract, does not get any approvals and goes in to a property and does whatever he wants to without any estimates or authorization and then says he is owed double inflated fees for inferior work. My experience with Swany Construction & President Richard Swanquist-totally negative! – I have the signed contract between us, copies of correspondence, etc. if anyone wishes to see these to verify my report. Mr. Swanquist and I contracted for his company to install CLAY color windows (noted in 3 places on the contract) in my home.
