Our tech was great!!!
Came out same day. Fixed cooling issue within 30 minutes. Technician was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend Swanton Energy Services and would use again!
THE FAN ON MY CENTRAL A/C WOULD NOT GO OFF AFTER A/C WAS TURNED OFF. THE FIRST TECH DETERMINED I NEEDED A NEW THERMOSTAT. ONE WAS INSTALLED AT COST OF $275. IT DID WORK ONCE FOR THE REPAIR TEC. NEXT DAY WHEN I USED A/C THE FAN STAYED ON..I MADE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WHEN A NEW FAN RELAY WAS PUT IN FOR $550. OK, NOW FIXED. i ASKED FOR CREDIT FOR THE THERMOSTAT THAT DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. i WAS GIVEN $50 CREDIT. WOULD YOU BE OK WITH THAT? DOES EVERYONE GET A NEW THERMOSTAT WHETHER THEY NEED IT OR NOT?
I don’t know how this place is highly rated. Must be paid for or tune up services. An hvac repair company should be judged by how they “repair” rather than doing menial tune ups. These guys don’t do pressure tests or dye tests how are they going to find leaks. Apparently by guessing Update: why are you lying to people. You told me that you don’t find dye or pressure tests effective and so you were guessing what needed to be fixed.
