New guy Tim seemed ok not as thorough as Brisnnwas in n out in no time with two zones
Good communication between office regarding appointment time. Tec arrived at scheduled time and completed maintenance service quickly, leaving area very clean.
There was a safety related recall on my system. Swanton took care of notifying me, receiving the parts from the manufacturer, followed up with me for the installation, and came out the next day to complete the work. The workers were friendly and professional. Swanton is the only company I would trust with any HVAC needs. If you want reliability and folks with experience - Swanton is the best hands down!!!
