Charged me $300 for an oil change and to tell me “I have a fan out or something”. And the lady laughed at me when I said the price was crazy.

I stopped going to Swant’s about eight years ago after I was charged $800 for a new alternator when the problem turned out to be a dud battery that Walmart replaced for free. Due to not being able to get in anywhere else within a week, I unfortunately decided to give them another chance. I was quoted around $300 on the phone for new spark plugs.
