I had a major safety concern when I lost brakes at 70 mph. I was able to make it to the service center and speak with the sales manager, Sean. He made sure the situation was addressed and resolved promptly. The service Sean provided was far above industry standards of today. The safety of my family was clearly a concern and was much appreciated.
