Took my dad here a few months ago to have his car worked on. Just getting around to leaving this review after some illness in the family. Felt the need to leave it though to warn others. Ron Swanson the owner I assume was so rude and unprofessional. My dad is a elderly man and he was very rude to him when he called to check on his car. The issue he told us was going to cost over 550. We ended up taking it for a second opinion and was told it was misdiagnosed and the car was fixed for 225. His employees seemed nice except one... read more
Eric Swanson is a rude and unprofessional individual. He sold me a product that has overspray. He tried to claim that I did it. He even tried to bribe me with $50 to remove any negative post I gave him.
Yesterday, Swanson's replaced my ignition lock cylinder and did an oil change The service was speedy, the guys were friendly and honest, and the prices were reasonable. I've been to quite a few auto repair places in North Port that I'll never go back to. I'll definitely be taking all of my business back here.
