Our neighborhood was devastated by the historic hail storm April 28, 2021. Our roof was badly damaged as were gutters etc. Roof leaks followed and damaged interior ceiling in the living room. Swanson Renovations remodeled this house just before we moved in so of course we called Chad again to replace the roof and make repairs. New gutters are being installed tomorrow. Swanson Renovations is always very high quality craftsmanship. Chad's easy going manner makes working with him a pleasure.
Chad does great work, he really makes sure the project gets done the right way the first time. I will be using him again for my next remodel project Update: We used Swanson Renovations again on our home in Southlake and we are so happy with the result.
