I've lived at a property owned by this guy Donald Swanson and Managed by Linda Castellanos and to say slum lord is understatement. From bad wiring, mold, leaky pipes, gangs, roach and mice infested to just bad realty ownership. 415 Grant st Villas in the city Oceanside is a complete hazard and needs to placed on warning list for its violations from the list above. Guy was sued by city of Oceanside in a 2013 article for a multiple violations read up its public record.
